Our commitment

Alpha AI Industries operates sales infrastructure — not demo software. Security is embedded in how we design voice agents, route leads, and connect to CRM systems. Every deployment is built to survive real-world operator load, compliance scrutiny, and Monday-morning sales floors.

Infrastructure security

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) for web forms, API traffic, and integrations.
  • Role-based access controls with least-privilege defaults for operator accounts.
  • Segregated client environments within CRM and automation platforms.
  • Audit logging for critical workflow changes and lead routing events.

Data handling

  • Lead and contact data processed only for authorized sales workflows.
  • No sale of personal information to third parties.
  • Data retention aligned with client agreements and applicable regulations.
